let's get into it - what i have tried with my skin and loved and didn't love
sharing the full run down on what i do at the med spa and what i personally liked for my skin
first off - can we all just agree to not gate-keep things like this? i am an open book about majority of my life (to a fault lol) and i like to fill you guys on what i try and do for my skin. i post my face daily in my videos, photos etc. it is all out in the open. and it would be false advertising if i only shared skincare serums and products, but never also shared the behind-the-scenes maintenance work i do too.
now first let’s just go over what my overall “goal or objective” is with my skin because my dad who is a “less is more” kind of guy asks me this every time he hears of what i am doing..
my goal with my skin always is to continue to build collagen in my face, prevent deeper fine lines around my mouth (IYKYK) and stay looking tasteful in my mid 30s.
graceful aging is a thing and i’m not trying to inject my face so much where i have no expression or look stone cold. just a little something to help this expressive girlie wheel it in a bit.
this post isn’t a “if i do this you should too” kind of vibe either. this is just me sharing what i do at studio 17 with chelsea cruz - the place for all things medical aesthetics and wellness. like we are chit chatting over tea or lunch.
