welcome to week 2 of our family meal plan for april!! this week has a delicious variety of food to make! we are also making my reese’s eggs while they are in absolute peak season too over here. if you missed week 1, here is a link to the line up!
how are we feeling about this newsletter going out on fridays? i know that day was highly requested but i want to make sure my more, please crew is feeling satisfied and getting all the info you need when you need it. you guys know my mission here is to make meal time less stressful for you all week long. and by taking some time to just write out the week or a few days of meals, can make all the difference.
don’t love to prep? no problem. you can prep these recipes for the week but it’s up to you! i personally find the prepping at least a breakfast and a lunch or dinner makes all the difference. doesn’t need to be elaborate and long but something simple too.
here’s what’s on the menu:

🍝 lunches: crockpot creamy chicken pasta + crispy rice bowls with sesame tuna salad
🍽 dinners: 30-minute one pot chicken ramen + 30-minute kung pao chicken meatballs
