welcome to week 3 of our family meal plan for april!! do we want small talk? do you want to just go right into the action?! IDK it seems conflicted here. we are in spring break mode over here with two of my kids off from school for a week. good for them, chaos for us though!!

this meal plan is designed to make mealtime smoother, tastier, and stress-free! this week, we’ve got a hearty breakfast to start the day right, two easy-prep lunches to keep everyone fueled, and two delicious dinners that bring the whole family to the table. and of course, no week is complete without a sweet treat to enjoy anytime.

let’s dive in to simple, nutritious, and family-approved recipes that make life a little easier (and a lot yummier):

here’s what’s on the menu:
šŸ³ breakfast: freezer spinach feta egg sandwiches
🄪 lunches: tuna salad nori wraps + 30-minute drunken saucy thai noodles
šŸ½ dinners: one-pot creamy rice with chicken sausage + buffalo chicken sheet pan quesadillas
šŸŖ dessert: chocolate peanut butter krispie balls
